Secrets to a Successful Summer Research Internship Application: Part 4 of 4
Nathan Fried, Ph.D., (Associate Teaching Professor, Rutgers Camden Biology) will host a virtual speed networking event where students can have their personal statements, CVs, or other materials reviewed in one-on-one sessions with graduate students, postdocs, staff, and faculty across Rutgers Camden and the University of Pennsylvania. This will be an excellent opportunity to get dedicated eyes on your application to increase the chances you land a summer research internship! Details for signing up for this session will be released soon!
This event is open to all students and is a part of the 2024 Special Event Series, a four-part initiative specially designed to help Rutgers Camden Undergraduates get into paid Summer Research Internships across the country. It is highly encouraged that students attend all four parts to gain the most out of the experience, but students are certainly invited to any of the events. While these events are aimed at current undergraduates at ALL levels, many of the lessons learned here will apply to graduate students applying to other programs.
