Nathan Fried, Ph.D. (Associate Teaching Professor at Rutgers Camden) will discuss the challenging ethical questions surrounding research – both the big and the small. Come and participate in case studies and learn about Retraction Watch and PubPeer, online resources with scientific detectives sniffing out research misconduct across the world. Undergraduates and Graduate students are encouraged to join, especially those conducting or interested in STEM research. Lunch will be served!
